Two companies explain how they have benefited from a 3CX phone system installed by Ricorocks.
We started our website about two years ago, and we were very clear on that we wanted to sell to the whole of europe. We have a multi-language team and wanted to take advantage of that.
We use our 3CX system constantly. We have one "real" phone line and several virtual numbers, one for each country we operate in. These numbers are from 2,50€ a month and support upto 60 incoming lines! We use these to route the calls to the correct group of people who can deal with that language. We can see which country number the customer has called and can answer apropriately.
Another advantage is that we've been able to add languages we didn't previously think possible. We have people working from home and other offices who's phones act as if they are on the next desk. We can move the calls to various users to cover for holidays.
In short, our business couldn't exist without the 3CX phone system!
We are currently active as a company in Spain and Ghana. We were spending a tremendous amount of money on telephone calls as Ghana is expensive for call termination.
We are currently using 3CX and a FXO (Ricorocks explained all the terminology, an FXO is a box to join us to some sort of telephone line, we're using one which has a SIM card in it) in Ghana. When we want to call a number in Ghana we use the 3CX system which uses our SIM card in Ghana. That means we only pay local rates for our calls.
The 3CX has saved us money (it paid for itself in the first month) and now we are learning to use some of its additional features to improve our business, such as conference calls to keep our team up-to-date. We are very happy with the system.
